Speaking Before Council Request Form

Requests to appear before Council as a delegation must be received by the CAO/Clerk no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) the Thursday before the scheduled Council meeting date. Requests must be received in writing and shall state the specific nature of the matter to be presented and supporting material for inclusion in the agenda.
