Open Air Burning Permit

You must be the owner of the property if you are applying online. All tenants must bring in the completed Property Owner's Permission to Burn form or the property owner can complete the [form] online. Open Air Burning Permits are $20.00 (plus a 2.5% convenience fee applied for online purchases) for calendar year (January 1st to December 31st).

Fire permits are valid for a 10 day period. Payment is only required once but if you wish to burn for more than one 10 day period, you will need to renew your burn permit.
