Laurentian Valley 50+ Fit & Feisty (LV 50+F&F) - New Membership Form

All members will be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness by all other members and guests.
Members must be 50 years or older from Laurentian Valley and surrounding area.
Members will accept the group’s constitution, regulations, and codes of practice.
Members have voting rights at general meetings.
Annual membership/waiver form and fee of $25 is due on September 1st and is not prorated; must be paid in order to attend/participate in events/activities unless otherwise stated.
Any new memberships from mid-August to September, 2024 will be rolled into the full year membership of September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.
Membership renewals and new memberships are $25.

Membership and/or payment methods: online, cash or cheque and form mailed to address to 1 Henan Rd, Pembroke ON K8A6W8, eTransfer to fitandfeisty50@gmail.com, or bring to an event.

Note: A 2.5% convenience fee is applied to online payments.
